Refund Policy for Out of State Deals.
We are pleased to offer a 10-day trial period for customers who purchase used vehicles that are shipped out of state.
10-Day Trial Period
The 10-day trial period begins on the date the customer takes physical delivery of the vehicle, as confirmed by the delivery receipt or carrier documentation.
During this period, the customer has the opportunity to inspect and evaluate the vehicle under normal driving conditions.
Return Conditions
If the customer chooses to return the vehicle within the 10-day trial period, they must notify the dealership in writing before the end of the 10th day.
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, with no excessive wear, damage, or modifications, and with all original documents, accessories, and equipment included.
Important
This trial period is void if the vehicle is subjected to misuse, negligence, racing, commercial use unless previously agreed, or involved in an accident during the trial period.
Refund Timing
If during that trial period the customer is not completely satisfied with the vehicle itself, a full amount refund is issued within 2 days from the request.
Shipping Costs
Cotroneo Auto Group is responsible for all the costs associated with shipping back the vehicle from the customer’s location.
